Web Design Timetable

1 : The Proposal

Your initial discussion with Lab 99 Web Design will deal with the nature of the website you would like us to create, such as:

  • whether you need a standard website or an online shop;
  • whether you wish to be able to update the website yourself;
  • the size and structure of your website;
  • the text and images it will contain, and who will provide them;
  • its colour scheme and general appearance.

You will not be under any obligation at this stage.

2 : The Quotation

Once we have come to an agreement on the general design and structure, we will quote a price for the website.

If you are happy with the quotation, you will be asked to pay a non–refundable deposit of 50% of the total price.

Lab 99 Web Design will ask you to provide the raw material for us to work on: some words and images. Once we receive this material, your website will normally take between a couple of days and a couple of weeks to create, depending on the complexity of the website and the state of our workload.

3 : The Finished Website

When we have created the detailed design and all the individual pages, we will show you the finished website.

It will normally be possible to make minor changes to the website after this point, and we will be happy to do so free of charge, but it should be understood that once a deposit has been paid, any significant change to the design or the structure of the website will require a new quotation and the payment of an additional deposit.

Before the website goes live, you will have the opportunity to proof–read it for such things as spellign spelling mistakes.

When you are happy with the finished website, and the balance of the fee is paid, the website will go live on your chosen server.

Your website will be up and running!

Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more details, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
